1.Luandry detegent bottle mahine 

2.Main Characteristic:

(1) Double stations,single layer,55mm screw,7.5kw motor,for PE/PP/PS material;

 

(2) Die-heads for choosing:

 

      single die-head (2L to 5L): 3L---around 180 bottles per hour;

 

      double die-heads(1.5L to 2L): 2L---around 600 bottles per hour;

 

      triple die-heads(500ml to 1.5L): 1L---around 1,200 bottles per hour;

 

      four die-heads(up to 500ml): 500ml---around 2,000 bottles per hour;

 

(3) Center Distance:

 

      four die-heads---80mm; triple die-heads---120mm; double die-heads---200mm;

 

(4) Clamping by pressurizing oil tank;

 

(5) De-flashing system: Neck/Handle/Bottom trimming;

Basic Working Theory:

   

This kind of machine is equipped with PLC control system,operating manual in English, pneumatic operated, clamping by hydraulic cylinders actuated by pneumatic cylinders.Moreover,It is also equipped with de-flashing system, resulting in saving time and manual cost for clients.

1,Instruction for Installation and Debugging:

Before delivery, TONVA takes responsiblity for debugging of machine, in order to make sure provided machine could be safely and smoothly put into operation.

TONVA also take responsiblity to have debugging overseas, and clients aborad please first send invitation,then provide our engineer with round-trip tickets,accommodation,vehicle and USD80 per day for salary.

 

2,User Training:

Before delivery,TONVA will take responsibility to indoctrinate technical training to the users so that they could understand machines' features and could operate the machine by themselves.

 

3,Warranty Period:

 

The waranty period for TONVA machine is one year with a life long maintenance. If the user requires special quality guarantee, other stipulated warranty period may be made after mutual agreement.
