Main Configuration
* Screw: specially designed based on material's trait, high quality nitriding steel 38CrMoAl, with nitriding surface HV≥800, brittleness≤2;
* Barrel: high quality nitriding steel 38CrMoAlA, with nitriding surface HV≥900,brittleness≤2;
* Drive Mode: inverter and hard gear surface decelerator;
* Temperature Controlling: automatic temperature control model;
* Cooling Mode: adopting water cooler for the processing zone, fan cooler for the rest zones;
* Die-head System: the melting plastic out of the extrusion system is divided through the core parts of die-head, distributed by the die-head channel to become several shaped sections;
* Clamping System: fixed clamping system, double tie-bar, single cylinder clamping wider space for the mould, installing and dismantling the mould easily, linear roll guide rail;
* PLC + HMI: adopting PLC to control the action program of the whole machine; adopting HMI for communication, parameter setting, modification and picture display; every parameter could be set and modified directly with the complete obstacle self-diagnosing function, menu operated directly and conveniently;
