5L Double Stations Automatic Blow Molding Machine

Model: TVD-5L (Main Characteristic):
 

(1). Two station, single layer, 80mm screw, 22kw motor, PE / PP etc. 

(2). Power supply: 380VAC, 50Hz (depending on client's county ). 

(3). Die Head for choosing: 
      One head (2L-5L): 5L---around 180 bottles per hour 

     Two head (1L-2L): 2L---around 600 bottles per hour 

     Three head ( 500ml to 1L): 1L---around 1200 bottles per hour 

    Four head (up to 500ml): 500ml---around 2000 bottles per hour 

                                               250ml---around 3000 bottles per hour 

(4). Center Distance: Two Die head: 120mm, Three Die head: 100mm,
                                     Four Die Head: 80mm 

(5) Clamping by pneumatic and hydraulic mix system;

1. Instruction for Installation and Debugging: 
Before delivery, TONVA takes responsible for debugging of machine, in order to make sure the provided machine could be safely and smoothly put into operation. 
TONVA also take responsibility to have debugging overseas, and Client abroad please sends invitation forward of time to engineer of TONVA, provides the engineer with round-trip tickets, accommodation, vehicle and $100 per day for salary.
2. User Training: 
Before delivery, TONVA will take responsibility to indoctrinate technical training to the users so that they could understand the machine features and could operate the machine by themselves.
3. Warranty Period: 
The warranty period for TONVA machine is one year with a life long maintenance. If the user requires special quality guarantee, other stipulated warranty period may be made after mutual agreement.
